Disclosed are benfotiamine polymorphs, preparation method and use thereof. The crystal forms of benfotiamine are A crystal form benfotiamine, B crystal form benfotiamine, C crystal form benfotiamine, D crystal form benfotiamine or E crystal form benfotiamine, and their x-ray powder diffraction patterns, DSC crystals, infrared spectroscopies, Raman spectroscopies and preparation methods are different. Also provided are uses of the above-mentioned benfotiamine polymorphs in preparing the drugs for treating Vitamin Bl deficiency and metabolism related disorders, psychiatric diseases and disorders, complications related to diabetes and neurodegenerative diseases. Benfotiamines of different crystal forms are obtained by purification using different synthetic processes, and are converted to A crystal form, B crystal form, C crystal form, D crystal form and E crystal form with crystalline forms under different ratios of solvents.
