<p>The present invention is characterized in that oligonucleotides for detecting species-specific F. proliferatum by PCR comprise SEQ ID NO: 1(TPRO1) and SEQ ID NO: 2 (TPRO2) and is a kit for detecting F. proliferatum comprising the oligonucleotides set. A primer combination according to the present invention can promptly detect and identify F. proliferatum contaminated in various grain samples.</p>
