The present invention relates to a baffle device for a sealed type fuel tank that forms an impact absorbing space between a baffle body and a fuel tank; prevents the leaking of the fuel evaporation gas caused by the separation of the fused surface of the baffle body by absorbing the internal pressure of the fuel evaporation gas using springs applied to the impact absorbing space; and improves a weak area when an external impact is applied by absorbing the amount of pushing of the fused surface of the baffle body during initial molding of a fuel tank. According to the present invention, the baffle device includes: the baffle body having protrusion portions on one side; fusion structures fused to the fuel tank in such a manner as to be spaced apart from the protrusion portions of the baffle body; and springs inserted between the fusion structures and the protrusion portions of the baffle body so as to elastically support the baffle body, whereby the internal pressure of the fuel tank and the amount of pushing at the time of the initial fuel tank molding are absorbed through the movement of the baffle body, thus preventing the fuel leakage and improving the durability thereof.
