The present invention relates to sugar free biscuits and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, in biscuits and in sugar free biscuits which sugar is not used for sweeteners but more than one sweeteners selected from sugar alcohol, fruit juice, grain juice, and agave syrup are contained instead and a manufacturing method of the biscuits, to a manufacturing method of sugar free biscuits which comprises a step of adding more than one sweeteners selected from sugar alcohol, fruit juice, grain juice, and agave syrup to a component of the biscuits. |
