The present invention is configured to provide an LCD touch panel on a front surface, wherein a user can perform all functions that the user needs using a touch panel with a finger or a touch pen without using an additional button. A touch remote control is formed with a front frame at where the touch panel is fixed, manufactured by molding to be thin in the same size as the size of a normal plug; a rear frame coupled to the inside the front frame and molded and fabricated by having a space where a printed circuit board and components performing the necessary functions are to be located; a rectangular protruding part formed on the rear frame to receive the printed circuit board and the components therein; a coupling hole for installing the touch remote control on a wall; a power line and a signal line receiving hole; and an air moving hole to detect the temperature with a temperature sensor.
