<p>The present invention relates to a system for notifying a scheduled date for registration of a special note for a ship contract capable of automatically generating a plan for registration of a special note for a ship contract and notifying a person in charge of design about the scheduled date based on the generated plan and a method thereof. To that end, the present invention includes: a ship contract special note registration plan generation unit which generates a plan for registration of a special note for a ship contract based on the contract date of each ship; and a ship contract special note registration plan notification unit which notifies a person in charge of design about the scheduled date for registration in advance based on the plan for registration generated by the ship contract special note registration plan generation unit. By doing so, the present invention is able to notify a person in charge of design about the scheduled date for registration of a special note in advance based on the plan for registration of a special note generated for each ship, thereby enabling registration and sharing of special note data in a PLM system.
