PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a monitoring object which is three-dimensionally imaged from being erroneously recognized as another object.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 10 includes: a three-dimensional imaging apparatus 12 for acquiring a subject as three-dimensional image information; and a monitor 20 for displaying an image in response to the tree-dimensional image information acquired by the three-dimensional imaging apparatus 12. The monitoring device 10 detects a person from the three-dimensional image information acquired by the three-dimensional imaging apparatus 12, determines a posture of the detected person, determines a display direction where the detected person can easily be determined as the person in response to the determined posture, generates an image from the determined display direction in response to the three-dimensional image information and displays it on the monitor 20. |
