PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a conveying member irradiated with light by an irradiation unit from being heated in a fixing device.SOLUTION: A fixing member 50 includes an irradiation unit 101 that irradiates a sheet p having a toner image formed thereon with laser light, and a conveyance belt 105 that conveys the sheet p along a conveyance path r. The conveyance belt 105 has a base material layer 1051 including a base material 1051a and a dispersant 1051b dispersed in the base material 1051a; and the reflectance of the laser light irradiated by the irradiation unit 101 is higher than that of the sheet p.
