Provided is a commodity introduction system, including: an exhibition stand for placing commodity; a working table for usage by a staff; a server end communication device placed on the working table for usage by the staff; a client communication device placed on the exhibition stand for usage by a consumer, wherein the client communication device can communicate with the server end communication device so that the staff can introduce the commodity placed on the exhibition stand to the consumer via the server end communication device. The commodity introduction system in the present invention can provide an easy shopping environment to the consumer, bringing convenience to the consumer. In addition, the present invention also relates to a commodity introduction method.
