PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device which contributes to radiation of ultrasonic waves at a high sound pressure level, and to provide an electronic device using the acoustic device.SOLUTION: An acoustic device includes: a piezoelectric actuator which is oscillated so as to radiate ultrasonic sounds; a frame in which the piezoelectric actuator is incorporated; a front air chamber which is disposed at the front surface side of the piezoelectric actuator in the frame; a rear air chamber which is disposed at the rear surface side of the piezoelectric actuator in the frame being divided from the front air chamber; a sound passage which is formed in the frame and communicates with the rear air chamber; a main sound hole which is formed in the frame and allows the front air chamber to communicate with frame outer air; and a sub-sound hole which is formed in the frame and allows the rear air chamber to communicate with the frame outer air through the sound passage.
