The lens has an optical part (10) including an optical device, which changes an optical path so that light blue and/or purple light portions continuously emerge from the optical device in a region adjacent to an optical axis of the optical device than in a region distant to the optical axis or influence the optical path by deflection. The optical device is formed by coatings (12), which are applied on an optical part. A filter effect of the coatings is largest in the region of the optical axis. An inner part is provided in an interior of the optical part. The coatings are made of acrylate, methacrylate, hydrogel, silicone polymer, immunology compatible, inert material, and material adapted to intraocular setting of eyes. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an intraocular or fake intraocular lens.
