<p>The invention relates to a barbecue for charcoal-grilling food, said barbecue being provided with a fire box for preparing the fire or hot coal using solid fuel and a grate comprising two hinged grilles that can open and close such that food can be positioned therebetween. The barbecue includes some special construction features designed to allow the grate to be positioned at different heights in relation to the firebox and to be conveniently rotated or turned over without the food-laden grate having to be held in the air as it is being turned.</p> |
