Disclosed are a built-in camera and an implementation method thereof. The built-in camera provided in the present invention comprises a camera body and a bracket which is used for installing the camera body. The camera body is installed in a concave part inside the bracket; a gap is formed between the camera body and the concave part; the outer wall of the camera body is provided with a non-lens area and a lens area which corresponds to a lens; shaft rods at the two axial ends of the camera body penetrate opposite holes in the inner sidewall of the bracket respectively, and at least one of the shaft rods is connected with a coaxial camera body installation part on the outer sidewall of the bracket through corresponding holes; and the camera body installation part is connected with a toggle roller. The present invention provides an effective scheme for shading the camera, the visual angle of the built-in camera can be regulated, the camera is simple to install, and the space utilization rate is high.
