The present invention includes: a management server which has a point-of-interest (POI) DB for storing previous visit information including one or more pictures and videos photographed by a previous visitor in each POI about one or more POIs and provides a POI visit application program for the outside through a wired/wireless communication; and one or more mobile terminals which receive, install, and execute the POI visit application program. In case the mobile terminal which executes the POI visit application program is positioned in a specific POI in which previous visit information is stored in the POI DB, the management server transmits the previous visit information about the specific POI to a corresponding mobile terminal by searching the previous visit information in the POI DB and the corresponding mobile terminal receives the previous visit information about the specific POI and displays the information in the display unit of the corresponding mobile terminal.
