The present invention relates to a safety system using a transparent display that combines images captured by using different types of cameras with appropriate transparency and displays them on a transparent display so that it is possible to provide safe driving in a place where it is difficult to secure a clear view, and includes a camera unit that includes a thermal image camera and a CCD camera; an image control unit that adjusts the transparency of an image captured by the camera unit and outputs an adjusted image; and a transparent display that displays an image output from the image control unit, wherein the image control unit includes an image processing unit that adjusts the transparency of images captured by the thermal image camera and the CCD camera; an image combination unit that combines images transparency-controlled by the image processing unit; and a display unit that displays combined images.
