The present invention relates to a seawater draining apparatus for cooling a ship. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the seawater draining apparatus for cooling a ship which prevents a welded joint part of a seawater drainpipe and the seawater drainpipe from being corroded when the seawater for cooling a heat source inside a ship is drained. The apparatus comprises a seawater drainpipe for draining seawater which passes through a cooling unit for cooling a heat source arranged inside a ship; and a flow control valve which is installed on the seawater drainpipe and which controls the amount of drained water. The seawater drainpipe includes a first drainpipe connected to the cooling unit and a second drainpipe having one end connected to the first drainpipe and the other end welded to an external frame of a ship. The second drainpipe consists of a second drainpipe body; a second corrosion resistance coating layer provided inside the second drainpipe body; and a filler filled in between the second drainpipe body and the second corrosion resistance coating layer.
