In a temperature switch according to the present invention, a base member made of an insulative resin and a switch configuration are integrated into one body with insert molding, and accommodated within a housing. A terminal fixing part of the base member blocks an opening of the housing vertically to an interior surface of the housing, and a sealing member seals the opening of the housing from an exterior surface of the housing. A first external connection terminal (a second external connection terminal is similar) prevents externally pulling and pressing forces applied to the terminal from applying to an internal configuration in a state where a portion formed by being bent into two stages composed of a horizontal part continuous with a tip, a vertical part, and a horizontal part is buried in the terminal fixing part. A stage difference part that is flattened and formed outside the terminal, and cutout parts on a side absorb a distortion caused by external forces applied to the terminal in upper, lower, right and left directions. Internal extension parts, and an external extension part strengthen the fixing of a position of the terminal fixing part. |
