Provided herein are liposomal glycolipopeptidic vaccine formulations comprising an adjuvant and an immunogen for immunotherapy and/or treatment of cancer. In some embodiments, the immunotherapeutic formulations described herein elicit antigen-specific B-cell and/or T-cell responses. In some embodiments, the vaccine formulations described herein comprise synthetic antigens that elicit an immune response which recognizes tumor-associated antigens and attacks cancer cells. The immunogenic vaccine formulations described herein augment the efficacy of existing cancer treatment regimens.
