The mounting arrangement has a flat, sound-absorbing element (11) that is arranged in the region of chassis orifice (7) used for forced ventilation in interior space of vehicle (1). The sound-absorbing element is formed of air-permeable and water repellent polyethylene terephthalate (PET) textile fabric. The sound-absorbing element is fixedly arranged in the region of the chassis orifice to partially cover the chassis orifice.
