The cylinder (10) has a cylinder unit provided with two chambers, which are connected by a connecting channel, where one of the chambers is formed with a discharge hole that is connected with an outer side of the cylinder unit and an adjusting unit (23). A piston with a guide hole is axially and slidably retained in the corresponding chamber. A spring applies an elastic force to the piston. The adjusting unit is rotatable to rotate a nut and a rod with each other so as to change a distance between a seal and an end of the channel.
