The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays which excludes the usage of existing organic ultraviolet ray blocking agents causing skin irritation, and contains an inorganic ultraviolet ray blocking agent, oil, wax, and a silicone polymer. The cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays according to the present invention contain: 1-20 wt% of inorganic ultraviolet ray blocking agent; 2-10 wt% of wax component; 10-50 wt% of oil component; and 5-50 wt% of silicone polymer. Therefore, the present invention excludes the usage of the organic ultraviolet ray blocking agents which can cause skin irritation, has excellent skin stability by containing a small content of surfactant, and has low stickiness and oily properties while having high SPF and PA values, thereby having excellent using feeling, makeup base effect, and water resistance, and improving long-term stability. |
