The present invention relates to a trenchless inverted conduit line check apparatus for waterworks, and, more specifically, to a trenchless inverted conduit line check apparatus for waterworks, in which a compressed air supply device is connected to an inversion check apparatus so that the inner pressure of an inverted reinforcing tube within the conduit line remains at a constant level; a mixing hose connected to a dry air apparatus, and a spray nozzle are inserted into the inversion check apparatus; dry air is sprayed into the inside of the reinforcing tube at a ratio of 80 weight% of dry air with condensed water removed and 20% of steam weight so that a hardening task is completely finished within a short time by delivering 100% heat with a small amount of dry air; and, therefore, the overall working time is able to be shortened. According to the present invention, the inversion check apparatus comprises a reinforcing tube fixed to the side of the inversion check apparatus connected to a reverser of a vehicle and inverted into the inside of the conduit line; a sealing member opening and closing within the inversion check apparatus; a compressed air supply device supplying compressed air to the reinforcing tube by combining with a finishing cover on the side of the inversion check apparatus; and a dry air apparatus supplying the dry air and steam into the inversion check apparatus.
