PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a likelihood of hand shake caused by touch panel operation during photographing.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 comprises: a touch panel 126 that detects touch operation; an imaging element 102 that can capture moving images; and a system control unit 111 that controls to record the moving images captured by the imaging element 102, and controls to make reception sensitivity of the touch panel 126 to touch operation during recording of moving images higher than that when moving images are not recorded.
