PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in a windbreak effect of a window screen.SOLUTION: An electronic control unit 1 includes screen control means 15 that decides based on a parking action of a vehicle and a running state thereof whether a full contraction movement of a window screen unit 10 is permitted, and vehicle state decision means 14 that decides on the parking action of the vehicle and the running state thereof. The vehicle state decision means 14 decides on the parking action of the vehicle on the basis of an ignition switch 6 and a kill switch 7. The running state of the vehicle is decided based on outputs of sensors 2, 4, 5, and 8 and a generator 3. When a decision is made that the vehicle is running, even if the parking action of the vehicle is detected, the screen control means 15 does not permit the full contraction movement of the window screen 33. |
