Provided are a method and device for determining a task to be migrated based on cache perception. The method comprises the steps of: in accordance with the load of each processor core, determining a source processor core and a target processor core; monitoring the number of times of cache invalidation of each task and the number of executed instructions in the source processor core and the target processor core, so as to obtain the number of times of cache invalidation of kilo instructions of each task in the source processor core and the target processor core; obtaining the average number of times of cache invalidation of kilo instructions of the source processor core and the target processor core; and in accordance with the average number of times of cache invalidation of kilo instructions of the source processor core and the average number of times of cache invalidation of kilo instructions of the target processor core, determining a task to be migrated from the source processor core to the target processor core. The method can make an operating system perceive the action of a program, thereby selecting a more reasonable task during task migration.
