<p>A storage system includes: a storage unit (1, 100) that is charged and discharged; a voltage sensor (201) that detects a voltage value of the storage unit; and a controller (300) that determines the storage unit to be in an abnormal condition when a resistance value of the storage unit is higher than a threshold. When the storage unit is charged or discharged at a constant current, the controller first specifies a polarization voltage value corresponding to an energization time using a correspondence relationship between the energization time and the polarization voltage value. The controller then calculates the resistance value of the storage unit following energization using the voltage value detected by the voltage sensor, the specified polarization voltage value, an open circuit voltage value of the storage unit following energization, and a current value during energization.</p> |
