<p>The present invention suppresses a decrease in brightness and light emission efficiency while increasing uniformity of light emission. This dispersion-type EL element (10) is configured from the lamination of a transparent electrode (2), a light-emitting layer (3), a dielectric layer (4), and a back electrode (5), which are formed on a substrate (1). In the dispersion-type EL element, an intermediate layer (6) resulting from a dielectric powder (6B) being dispersed in a binder (6A) is formed between the light-emitting layer (3) and the dielectric layer (4). The intermediate layer (6) is formed by coating, onto the light-emitting layer (3), a paste wherein the dielectric powder (6B) is dispersed and mixed in the binder (6A).</p> |
