PURPOSE: In a natural gas liquefier and control system thereof, supplied natural gas sequentially passes two heat exchangers which have different temperature differential, and thus liquefied efficiency of gas is largely improved. CONSTITUTION: A natural gas liquefier liquefy natural gas which has passed refining process by exchanging heat, and comprises a first heat exchanger (20) including a first heat exchange area, and a second heat exchanger(30) including second heat exchange area. In the first heat exchanger, a pipe of the natural gas (10), a pipe of liquid phase mixed refrigerant (14), and a pipe of gas phase mixed refrigerant (12) are passed, and the liquid phase mixed refrigerant liquefies the natural gas of gas phase and gas phase refrigerant by exchanging heat. In the second heat exchanger, the pipe of natural gas of gas phase and the pipe of gas phase mixed refrigerant are passed, the gas phase mixed refrigerant which is liquefied to low temperature through the first heat exchanger is configured to cool the liquefied natural gas to lower temperature by exchanging heat. |
