Provided is a touchscreen panel, a manufacturing method of the touchscreen panel, and a display device including the touchscreen panel. The touch screen includes: a substrate; first and second sensing electrodes alternatively arranged on the substrate; first connection electrodes electronically connecting the first sensing electrodes; an insulating layer which covers the first sensing electrodes connected by the first connection electrodes and the second sensing electrodes and includes the openings respectively opening a partial area of each first sensing electrode; second connection electrodes which are formed on the insulating layer and connect the second sensing electrodes through the openings; and a shield layer formed on the insulating layer.
