IMMUNOLOGIC ADJUVANT USING ORF3 ENCODED BY PCV2

The present invention relates to a recombinant expression vector introducing an ORF3 gene of a porcine circovirus type2 (PVC2), which having a cleavage map of fig. 1, and an immunologic adjuvant comprising the same. According to the present invention, a PCV2 ORF3 protein overexpression causes overexpressions of IL-6 and IL-8, which are inflammatory cytokines within a cell, to cause a much stronger immune reaction, therefore, can be useful for a treatment or a prevention of an infectious disease comprising PMWS by PCV2 or a cancer.
