PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal welding method capable of suppressing occurrence of cracks in a welding part between a bushing terminal and an electrode pole.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for welding a terminal of a storage battery in which an electrode pole 3 is inserted into a bushing terminal 2 and the bushing terminal 2 and the electrode pole 3 are welded. After going around a boundary between the bushing terminal 2 and the electrode pole 3 one time or several times to weld the boundary, a final welding portion is made to be a position separated from the boundary between the bushing terminal 2 and the electrode pole 3. It is desirable that the final welding portion is located in the central part of the electrode pole 3. Moreover, it is desirable that a welding method is TIG welding. |
