PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that a copper foil of an inner peripheral side of an assembly conductor wire is subjected to buckling deformation at bending work, in an assembly conductor wire configured by winding a copper foil around a circumference of a conductor element wire of a rectangular cross section that is assembly-arranged.SOLUTION: A copper foil 16 is a copper foil with tin plating in which tin plating is applied to a surface facing a conductor element wire 12, and is configured such that the copper foil 16 is adhered to the conductor element wire 12 by melting of tin plating. By the configuration, the copper foil 16 is integrated to the conductor element wire 12 and strength to buckling deformation is increased, thereby the copper foil 16 of an inner peripheral side 20 of an assembly conductor wire 10 is suppressed from being subjected to buckling deformation at bending work, and eddy loss reduction is achieved with further reduction in thickness of the copper foil. |
