A simple method for manufacturing a flaked graphite derivative is provided. A method for manufacturing a flaked graphite derivative provided with: a step for preparing a mixture containing flaked graphite and a reactive compound for grafting to the flaked graphite by irradiation of an active energy ray; and a step for grafting the reactive compound to the flaked graphite by irradiating an active energy ray onto the mixture.
