[Solution] Provided is a conductive thin film-equipped glass substrate having, stacked upon a surface of a glass substrate therein, an undercoat layer, and then a conductive thin film. The haze of the glass substrate is not more than 3%. The surface roughness (Ra) of a surface of the glass substrate, said surface being located at a side where the undercoat layer and the conductive thin film are to be stacked, is in the range 0.5nm to 50nm inclusive.
