The present invention relates to a pattern formation method of an inorganic nanoparticle, and more specifically, to the pattern formation method of an inorganic nanoparticle having a high resolution and improving productivity and economic feasibility, and a use of the same. According to the present invention, the pattern formation is possible by a simple method without expensive equipment to reduce the costs and improve the productivity at the same time. In addition, the pattern thickness can be controlled and the pattern formation process can be visually checked.
