The present invention refers to a device for closing the skin of surgical wounds without perforating the skin, which comprises a base and a lock, where the base will be arranged lengthwise the incision, the fact of having a precut facilitates the incision, the device being previously fixed to the surface of the area of the body to undergo a surgery in order to maintain the accurate location thereof at the edge of the wound and allow the wound to be attached in an accurate manner upon closing the device by means of the lock. The lock will be passed by a groove located in the base and the wound will be closed resembling a zipper, a triangular-shaped edge arranged in the final lock being useful for fixing the position of the closure since the initial base will have a groove where the edge portion will fit. |
