PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to more accurately determine a type of an electrical apparatus.SOLUTION: A type determination device (control server device 200) for determining a type of an electrical apparatus comprises an acquisition unit (communication unit 201) and a determination unit (determination unit 230). The acquisition unit acquires power consumption consumed by the electrical apparatus time-sequentially. The determination unit determines that a type of the electrical apparatus is a type determined according to a reference pattern showing a predetermined pattern of power fluctuation, in the case that a fluctuation pattern of the power consumption acquired in a period equal to or longer than a reference period corresponds to the reference pattern.
