PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface coated powder processed with novel cationic (meth)acrylic silicone-based graft copolymers, which has good dispersibility into an aqueous solvent.SOLUTION: The powder is subjected to surface-coating processing with cationic (meth)acrylic silicone-based graft copolymers obtained by reacting radical-polymerizable monomers (a), (b), (c) and (d) in the following: (a) a radical-polymerizable compound represented by the specified general formula (I); (b) a radical-polymerizable compound having quaternary ammonium; (c) a radical-polymerizable compound of a (meth)acrylic acid or an alkyl ester of a (meth)acrylic acid; and (d) a radical-polymerizable compound of a (meth)acrylic acid or a hydroxyalkyl ester of a (meth)acrylic acid. |
