PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To warm an oil for cooling and lubrication sufficiently without using an exclusive heater during stopping at an extremely low temperature time in a cold time, or during traveling; and to prevent a vehicle from performing an unexpected action.SOLUTION: A drive control device has an oil circulation mechanism 21 loaded with a plurality of motors 5 for traveling, for circulating an oil used jointly as a lubricating oil for a speed reducer 7 and as a cooling oil for the motors 5, and each motor 5 is applied to a motor-loaded automobile controllable individually. The plurality of motors 5 are provided respectively with an oil-heating torque addition means 35 for adding and imparting an addition torque command whose wheel rotation direction is mutually in a reverse direction, for heating the oil in the oil circulation mechanism 21. |
