PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep operation stability of a control valve for a variable displacement compressor equipped with a pressure sensitive portion.SOLUTION: A control valve 1 includes: a valve driving body 30 having one end side slidably supported by a first guide hole 73 and provided with a main valve body 32 contacting/separating to/from a main valve hole 18 to open/close a main valve, and the other end side disposed in a pressure chamber 56 and provided with a sliding portion 86 slidably supported by a second guide hole 74; a power element 6 having one end portion fixed to the valve driving body 30, sensing the suction pressure Ps of a suction chamber, and applying force in a valve-opening direction on the valve driving body 30 when the suction pressure Ps becomes lower than the set pressure; a transmission rod 58 provided so as to operatively couple to the valve driving body 30; and a solenoid 3 applying solenoid force in a valve-closing direction according to the set pressure to the valve driving body 30 through the transmission rod 58. |
