PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum glass panel which can be manufactured at a low cost, and a method for manufacturing the vacuum glass panel.SOLUTION: A vacuum glass panel includes: a lower flat glass plate 2 and an upper flat glass plate 3 which are arranged through a spacer so as to leave a predetermined distance between them; and a seal material 4 for connection which is arranged on the periphery of the lower flat glass plate 2 and connects the periphery of the upper flat glass plate 3 and the periphery of the lower flat glass plate 2 to each other. A vacuum space is formed between the upper flat glass plate 3 and the lower flat glass plate 2. A plurality of approximately spherical glass beads 1, the surface of which is coated with glass frit, are used as the spacer. The plurality of glass beads 1 are fixed between the upper flat glass plate 3 and the lower flat glass plate 2 with irregular variation in their arrangement. |
