The arrangement has a pivot pin (3) whose end is provided with a joint ball. An annular body (8) is interference fit or clearance fit at the pivot pin, and surrounds an outer perimeter (5) of the pivot pin. The annular body is provided with a shaping edge part that is placed against the outer perimeter of the pivot pin during transformation process. The annular body is formed as a conical disk, a flat disk or a spherical seat. The annular body is provided with a centrally cylindrical trained through-hole that is formed in the seat at the pivot pin. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a joint arrangement.
