The present invention relates to a control method for a messenger program, and more specifically to a recording medium for a messenger control method which can display any one of the chat window screens capable of transceiving messages with one or more counterpart terminals via a messenger program, and to an apparatus and a system therefor, the chat window screens comprising: a content information screen for sharing content with a counterpart terminal according to a user input corresponding to a pre-set condition; an information storage screen for storing the message and/or content transceived with the counterpart terminal; and a messenger functions screen for displaying the functions available for use via the messenger program. A terminal for the foregoing according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage unit for storing a messenger program capable of transceiving instant messages with one or more counterpart terminals; a display unit for displaying a variety of information and functions executed by means of the messenger program; and a control unit for controlling so as to provide, via the display unit, any one of the chat window screens capable of transceiving messages with one or more counterpart terminals via the messenger program, the chat window screens comprising: a content information screen for sharing content with the counterpart terminal according to a user input corresponding to a pre-set condition; and information storage screen for storing a message and/or content transceived via the messenger program; and a messenger functions screen for displaying the functions available for use via the messenger program.
