A bracketed (12) connection device for testing liquid crystal displays (LCDs), comprising a pressure plate (2) and a conductive rubber rod (1); said conductive rubber rod (1) is provided with a plurality of conductive rings (11) capable of respectively corresponding to connection electrodes (31) of an LCD (3); the pressure plate (2) is disposed above the conductive rubber rod (1); a base (5) is disposed below said conductive rubber rod (1); said base (5) is provided with base conductive electrodes corresponding to said conductive rings (11); a stopping bracket (12) capable of limiting the position of connection electrodes (31) of an LCD (3) is provided on each of two sides of the conductive rubber rod (1); during use, the pressure plate (2) applies pressure to the conductive rubber rod (1), causing the conductive rings (11) to be closely connected to and in full contact with the connection electrodes (31) of the LCD (3), ensuring that test equipment test signals can successfully be transferred via the conductive rings (11) into the LCD (3), thus beginning testing; the inherent physical characteristics of the conductive rubber rod (1) allow said rod (1) to deform slightly under pressure from the pressure plate (2), thus ensuring that the conductive rings (11) are closely connected to and in full contact with the connection electrodes (31) of the LCD (3). |
