摘要 The present invention provides a cooling system of an electric vehicle motor inverter module capable of raising stability by fundamentally preventing pollution to external air by applying a cooling method using a refrigerant cycle. According to an embodiment of the invention, as a cooling system of an electric vehicle motor inverter module for cooling a sub transformer in a body of the module and various inverter modules placed around the sub transformer, it forms a first cooling chamber including a first cold air inlet and a first cold air outlet by surrounding the sub transformer with a first partition and forms a second cooling chamber including a second cold air outlet and a second cold air inlet by surrounding the various inverter modules with a second partition. It is composed of a compressing unit composed of a pressure switch and a liquid separator, a PF condenser assembled in second layers, and a condenser fan in order to place a condenser fan coil unit connected through the compressing unit and a refrigerant pipe in the outside of the second cooling chamber. It installs an evaporator coil unit connected through the compressing unit and the refrigerant pipe at sides of the first and second cold air inlets. It installs a first and second evaporator fans in the first and second cold air inlets respectively through cold air circulation of the evaporator coil unit.
