The present invention improves a combined-structure of a joining unit of a core and an outrigger, thereby improving convenience of welding operation without placing concrete by a mold again, improving constructability, significantly reducing a construction period, and facilitating the transfer of a load by integrating an inside steel frame and an end unit of the outrigger. An embodiment of the combined structure of the core and the outrigger according to the present invention comprises: the outrigger, which is arranged between the core of a building and a mega pillar and has an upper cord and a lower cord; an outer wall steel plate, which is arranged on the outer wall of the corner of the core and is connected to the inside steel frame of the core in the inner surface; and multiple flange units, which are extended to the end unit of the edge of the outrigger, are bent to be overlapped with the inside steel frame in the end unit, and are integrally combined to the outer surface of the outer wall steel plate using a coupling unit. |
