PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an apparatus and a method for an electromagnetic field cooperation analysis capable of a cooperation analysis for a multi-terminal circuit of a device without a grand plane by expanding electric field lattice points, which correspond to reference terminals, into a plurality of electric field lattice points by connecting the electric field lattice points, which correspond to reference terminals, with each other by conductors when performing an electromagnetic field circuit cooperation analysis.SOLUTION: Circuit branches corresponding to terminal positions are generated on a lattice on a computer on the basis of device position information which indicates positions of a device model corresponding to an electronic circuit to be analysed and terminal position information which indicates terminal positions of the device model. A reference conductor is generated on the computer by connecting the circuit branches with each other on the basis of a predetermined rule. A cooperation analysis of an electromagnetic analysis based on electromagnetic field information including information of the circuit branches and the reference conductor and a circuit analysis based on circuit information is performed on the computer. |
