PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing generation of NHin a three-way catalyst with an inexpensive constitution without increasing costs.SOLUTION: A control device of an internal combustion engine including an EGR system having an EGR passage communicating an exhaust passage at a downstream side with respect to a catalyst unit, with an intake passage, and an EGR valve for opening and closing the EGR passage, and allowing a part of exhaust from the exhaust passage to flow back to the intake passage through the EGR passage, further includes an ECU executing, as NOx concentration decrease control, at least one of ignition delay control, opening increase control of the EGR valve, injection sharing ratio increase control, and valve overlap quantity increase control under a condition that a catalyst temperature Tis a predetermined temperature Tor less. |
