PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of output reduction caused by a weld defect between an electrode tab group and a conductive member.SOLUTION: A negative electrode tab 19 formed by protruding from an edge of an electrode of a negative electrode is made of a negative metal foil of a negative electrode. When the negative electrode tab group 19a formed by gathering the negative electrode tab 19 is electrically joined to a negative electrode conductive member 25, an electrode assembly and a negative electrode terminal are electrically connected to each other via the negative electrode conductive member 25. The negative electrode tab group 19a and the negative electrode conductive member 25 are joined by a welding part 30, and the welding part 30 has a part 32 mixed with dissimilar metal whose electrical resistivity is higher than that of metal of the negative electrode metal foil.
