PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion composition containing electrolyte in which the emulsion stability is high, the viscosity increase is suppressed during storage at low temperature, and the usability (taking the composition out of a container) is excellent.SOLUTION: An emulsion composition is prepared by mixing (A) polyglyceryl fatty acid ester, (B) glycerine fatty acid ester and/or sorbitan fatty acid ester, (C) di-fatty acid acylglutamic acid lysine salt, (D) oil, (E) water-soluble polymer, (F) water, and (G) electrolyte. |
